Description
Description
Travel like a true Nomad through the protected desert reserve on a camel, where you'll have the chance to meet its inhabitants (gazelle, oryx). The camel was the main means of locomotion on the Arabian Peninsula for many centuries, until the 1950s in the Middle East.
During a break in the journey, you'll be introduced to the Emirati man's faithful hunting companion, the Afghan greyhound, known as Slogy, as well as the national emblem of the United Arab Emirates, the falcon. You'll be treated to a demonstration of the falcon's impressive top speed.
The excursion continues into the heart of the desert, to a typical Bedouin camp, a perfect replica of the tribes of yesteryear.
You'll be welcomed by our friendly Emirati hosts, who will be delighted to show you how to prepare a breakfast of typical Emirati dishes, and how to bake bread.
Around a table and seats on the floor, you'll discover Emirati flavors accompanied by your Emirati hosts, who will enliven this warm moment with traditional dances and songs.
After this moment of sharing, you'll continue the excursion with a vintage land rover safari to further explore the desert reserve before returning to town.

The service is simply exceptional, with a friendly host who gives as many details as possible about the activity, the history of Dubai and the Emirati people.
Arriving in the desert, a magnificent landscape, we immediately meet Sloggy and the falcon.
A story by one of the hosts on the history of falconry and the growing life in the Emirates, followed by a rather gourmet sweet and savory breakfast.
