Located on floors 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View hotel, the observatory offers an unforgettable experience for Dubai residents and visitors alike. The panoramic glass elevator will lift you over 219.5 meters to reach the activity.
On the 52nd floor, you'll discover a glass walkway stretching 46 meters, surrounded by large picture windows offering spectacular views of the fabulous skyline and glittering city of Dubai.

Skyviews Observatory & Vertiginous Walk
In addition to the observatory tour described above, you can enjoy a bird's-eye view of the city and Burj Khalifa.
The Vertiginous Walk is one of Dubai's most exciting attractions, and the first of its kind in the region. It's the highest walk in the city, on a ledge that surrounds the top of the tower's main gondola, over 219.5 meters above the ground - with no windows or other protective barriers but secured by a harness.
