Rental conditions :

• Minimum age of driver Age : 21

• Deposit Payment by credit card, debit card or cash. The deposit is debited and returned within 20 working days if there are no damages or fines.
• Delivery At the address indicated by the customer, according to the preferred time slot (morning, afternoon, evening, night).
• SALIK toll 5.25 Dirhams per passage, payable on return or deducted from deposit.
• In certain circumstances The color of the vehicle cannot be guaranteed and in this case another color or another vehicle may be offered (circumstances: high season, short reservation period, late return of vehicle by previous customer, extension of vehicle rental by previous customer, vehicle damaged by previous customer, vehicle stopped due to breakdown, etc.).

Good to know:

• The outskirts of Dubai have a toll system called SALIK, which flashes the bar code on the vehicle's windshield and debits 5.25 dirhams. The SALIK total can be paid on return of the vehicle or deducted from the deposit, at the customer's discretion.

Advice :

• On delivery of the vehicle, we recommend that you take a video with your mobile phone to record the condition of the vehicle. You can keep this video until your deposit is returned. Please also declare the correct number of drivers to the rental company at the time of delivery (service at no extra charge).

International permits :

•  Nationals with driving licenses from African, Asian or South American countries will require an international license.

Franchise :

•  In case of accident with small or medium damage, please fill in a police report via the dubai police application. In the event of major damage, please call 999.
• For Rolls Royce the franchise is 4,200.00 $ + 15% on the price of repairs
• For supercars (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes, Porsche, Bentley) the deductible is 4,200.00 $ + 20% on repair prices
• For other luxury cars the deductible is 10,000 and + 15% on the cost of repairs.

Information :

•  Smoking in vehicles is strictly forbidden and will incur a penalty from 420.00 $
• Lost keys are charged at the car dealer's rate.
