SCALINI, DUBAI
Scalini is an Italian gourmet restaurant imported from London. Their second branch opened its doors in Dubai within the fabulous 5* Four Seasons hotel, close to the Nusr-et and Coya restaurants, also imported from London and serving Peruvian cuisine.
Scalini's dining room features an open kitchen, a covered indoor area and a small terrace, decorated in a style reminiscent of restaurants found in the back streets of Italy. Service is warm and friendly. At this restaurant, every dish is shared, and the waiters take care of arranging each dish you order on your plate. As for the menu, it's very tasty and rich in flavor. The quality of the ingredients and the use of noble products in the preparation of the dishes will thrill your taste buds. From pasta with truffles, or freshly seasoned directly from the parmesan wheel, to tender, melt-in-the-mouth Wagyu fillet or beef carpaccio and succulent Burrata, Scalini's chef will take you on a journey to Naples or Florence for dinner.
