Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation more than 48 hours before the date of the chosen activity: refund of 100 % except for activities for which the words "Non-refundable activity" are displayed before payment in the Add to basket button.
In the event of cancellation 48 hours or less before the activity: no refund except in exceptional circumstances. Please contact our customer service department by e-mail at book@soldedubai.com to make your request, which will be examined and, if possible, negotiated with our service providers.
The full amount will be charged in the event of a no-show and if the activity is not honored. No refunds are possible after the event.
When an activity is marked "exchangeable", this applies only to the chosen date.
When an activity is marked "conditionally refundable", this means that based on your proof of cancellation, we can negotiate a refund with the service provider, who will then decide whether or not to grant you a refund.
When an activity is marked "non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances", this means that if we manage to resell your tickets, we will be able to refund your reservation.
Reprogramming policy
Only one free rescheduling is offered, except for activities where it is indicated, before payment, that rescheduling is impossible, justified by the mention "non-exchangeable". Rescheduling must be notified at least 48 hours before the chosen date of the activity. In this case, and in the event of multiple requests for change, these actions will be invoiced at 30% of the amount of the activity, per person.
If no rescheduling request is received 48 hours in advance, it will be refused and no refund will be made.
Programs cannot be cancelled due to bad weather; only the partner is in a position to judge whether an activity can be carried out for your safety and according to the orders received by the authorities.
